Yes, everyone that hires a motorhome has to pay a fully refundable security deposit at the time of collection. This is usually paid by credit/debit card and is returned to you when the motorhome is returned to us in the same condition it left us in.
No, we only do pick ups And drop offs on weekdays between 9am and 5pm as standard, however weekends and after hours can be accommodated if agreed when you book your hire.
Collection is between 3pm and 4pm however if the van is ready before then we can contact you so you can collect sooner
Drop off is before 12pm on your return date, unless we have agreed otherwise.
No, we do not currently offer a delivery service.
Yes, you can leave your car with us while you're on your getaway and it will be locked away in our unit until your collection
Yes! Dogs are welcome in all our motorhomes free of charge. Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large dog per motorhome. A fully refundable security deposit will be taken per hire.
We do ask that dogs are never left in the vehicle unattended or let onto the soft furnishings.
We will ask you to sign a copy of our pet policy on collection of your hire motorhome.
No, bedding is not included in the vehicle hire price however we do offer rental on bedding at a price of £15 per bedding pack (per person).
A bedding pack includes duvet, pillow, fitted sheet and towel.
Please note if hiring 'Dora' then your bedding pack will come with a double duvet.
Yes, we always welcome customers to come and take a look at our hire vans. Just make sure to call/email beforehand to check if they are in or out on hire.
